Datang International Power Generation Co., Ltd. has announced a final dividend of RMB 0.0075 per share for the year ended December 31, 2023, which will be paid on August 23, 2024, at an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.09598. Shareholders must lodge transfer documents by July 4 to be eligible for the dividend, which comes with a withholding tax for non-resident individuals and enterprises at rates of 10% or 20%, depending on the country’s tax treaty with China.
