Datang International Power Generation Co., Ltd. has announced an ordinary final dividend of RMB 0.0075 per share for the financial year ending 31 December 2023, with shareholders’ approval set for 28 June 2024. The ex-dividend date is scheduled for 3 July 2024, and the dividend payment will be made on 23 August 2024. A withholding tax will be applied to non-resident individual and enterprise shareholders at rates of 10% or 20%, depending on the shareholder’s residency status and applicable tax treaties with the PRC.
