Datang International Power Generation Co. has announced the appointment of Mr. Yan Xizheng as the new Employee Representative Supervisor, commencing his term on 6 August 2024. He replaces Ms. Guo Hong, who is stepping down due to work adjustment, but has expressed no disagreements with the company’s Board or Supervisory Committee. The company has extended gratitude to Ms. Guo for her contributions during her tenure.
