Datang Environment Industry Group Co., Ltd. has announced an ordinary final dividend of RMB 0.076 per share for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, with an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.095982, resulting in HKD 0.083295 per share for Hong Kong shareholders. The dividend is subject to a withholding tax of 10% for non-resident enterprises and individuals from Hong Kong, Macau or countries with applicable tax treaties, and up to 20% for other non-resident individuals. Shareholders must be on record by July 10, 2024, to receive payment by September 20, 2024.
