Datametrex AI Limited has announced the successful closing of the second tranche of its non-brokered private placement financing, raising $311,409.29 by issuing over 15 million units, with an overall target of $1.5 million. The company has also been granted a 30-day extension to complete the private placement, now due by August 29, 2024. These funds will support the company’s general corporate and operational growth initiatives.
