Datametrex AI Limited has successfully acquired the mobile blockchain game Cereal Crunch from Sariel Diagnostics, including its assets and the in-game Crunch Token for $3.5 million. The strategic move aims to capitalize on the growing sectors of e-gaming and blockchain, promising expansion and innovation in Datametrex’s portfolio. The acquisition, paid through common shares, is subject to a four-month hold period and final TSX Venture Exchange acceptance.
