Datable Technology Corporation has announced that trading restrictions have been placed on its CEO and CFO pending the filing of the company’s annual financial documents. The management cease trade order is expected to be lifted once the required financial statements and analyses are submitted by June 28, 2024. This order does not impact the ability of shareholders to trade their shares.
