Datable Technology Corporation has announced that its shareholders approved amendments to its Fixed Share Option Plan and Fixed Restricted Share Unit Plan to align with new TSX Venture Exchange policies. The modifications include a ‘Cashless Exercise’ option and an increase in the maximum number of common shares available under each plan.
