Dasin Retail Trust (SG:CEDU) has released an update.

During the Extraordinary General Meeting of Dasin Retail Trust, there was a notable absence of two directors, and the Trustee-Manager could not verify the identities of all attendees due to the refusal by the requisitionists to provide the attendance list. Despite this, a quorum was present, and the meeting proceeded with the remaining board members and company officials in attendance.
