Dart Mining NL has announced an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) for shareholders to be held virtually on June 26, 2024, at 11:00 am (AEST). Shareholders can participate online via Zoom and must register to attend, with the option to vote on resolutions and engage with the meeting’s proceedings. The company encourages shareholders to submit their votes through a Proxy Form in advance, as in-person attendance is not available.
