Danelle M. Barrett has stepped down from her role on the Board of Directors at The Progressive Corporation due to personal health reasons, effective August 21, 2024. Her departure is not related to any disagreements with the Board or Company. The Chairperson of the Board praised Barrett’s contributions, particularly on the Technology Committee, and expressed heartfelt support for her during this difficult time.
