Damara Gold Transforms into Bronco Resources Corp.

Damara Gold (TSE:DMR) has released an update.

Damara Gold Corp. has announced the successful completion of its stock consolidation and an official name change to Bronco Resources Corp., set to take effect on July 18, 2024. Shareholders will see their common shares consolidated on a 4-to-1 basis, reducing the number of outstanding shares from over 73 million to approximately 18.4 million. The company will trade under the new ticker symbol ‘BRON’ following the changes.
