Daiwa Office Investment Corporation has announced the public offering of its Ninth and Tenth Series unsecured investment corporation bonds, aiming to raise a total of 38 billion yen. The proceeds from this issuance will be used primarily for the redemption of existing bonds due on September 12, 2024. The bonds, rated ‘AA’ by the Japan Credit Rating Agency, Ltd., will offer interest rates of 0.826% and 1.473% per annum for the Ninth and Tenth Series respectively.
