Daiwa Office Investment Corporation has announced proposals to amend its Articles of Incorporation and appoint new directors, which will be discussed in the 13th General Meeting of Unitholders scheduled for August 27, 2024. The amendments aim to better reflect unitholders’ interests by excluding significant proposals from deemed approval and to allow for contributions when borrowing from credit unions and shinkin banks. The meeting will also see the appointment of one Executive Director, one substitute Executive Director, and two Supervisory Directors, with terms beginning on the same day.
