Da Ming International Appoints New Directors

Da Ming International Holdings Limited (HK:1090) has released an update.

Da Ming International Holdings Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Liang Zongren and Mr. Chen Ning as executive directors, effective from 12 June 2024. Additionally, Mr. Wang Liuqi will join the company as an independent non-executive director and a member of various committees, including audit, nomination, and remuneration. Both Mr. Liang and Mr. Chen bring extensive experience in the carbon steel industry to their new roles, which are set for initial terms of three years with eligibility for re-election at the next AGM.
