D-BOX Tech Inc. successfully conducted its annual and special meeting with a significant shareholder turnout, where all proposed Board of Directors nominees were elected with strong support. Additionally, shareholders ratified the appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as independent auditors and approved all unallocated options under the Stock Option Plan, extending the option granting capacity until 2027.
