Cytokinetics, Incorporated has appointed Brett Pletcher as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer, effective August 19, 2024. With a rich background in legal affairs at prestigious firms and companies, Pletcher brings seasoned expertise to the role. His compensation package includes a $560,000 annual base salary, with a bonus target of 45% and various incentive plans. Additionally, Pletcher will receive substantial initial equity awards that vest over time, subject to continued service with the company, and he’s set to receive a standard indemnification agreement from Cytokinetics.
