Cygnus Gold Ltd. (AU:CY5) has released an update.
Cygnus Metals Limited has successfully secured around A$3.0 million in a well-received placement to further its exploration and potential acquisition activities in the battery metals sector, including copper. The placement, which was oversubscribed, will fund working capital, exploration at the company’s lithium projects, and due diligence on new opportunities, capitalizing on the recent success of associated companies Firefly Metals and Andean Silver. Major shareholders and directors also showed confidence by contributing A$580,000 to the placement, which is part of a broader strategy to bolster the company’s position in critical battery metal resources.
