Cyclopharm Limited has announced a significant increase in the number of shares indirectly held by Director Kevin Michael John Barrow, through the Melissa Elizabeth Barrow Trust. As of June 28, 2024, Barrow’s interest in the company has grown from 11,000 to 25,084 ordinary shares after acquiring an additional 14,084 shares valued at $20,000 through the Share Purchase Plan.
