Cybin Inc., a neuropsychiatry company, recently held its annual and special meeting where shareholders voted on critical corporate matters. The shareholders have appointed Zeifmans LLP as the company’s auditor and elected new directors for the coming year. Additionally, a share consolidation of up to 50:1 was approved by a significant majority.
