Cybernaut International Holdings Company Limited (HK:1020) has released an update.
Cybernaut International Holdings has disclosed a significant transaction involving a HK$15 million loan granted by its subsidiary, Time Credit Limited, to an independent third party engaged in money lending in Hong Kong. The loan, secured by a charge over 10 Hong Kong properties, carries an interest rate of 10.5% per annum and is to be repaid in 12 months. This transaction, falling between 5% to 25% of the company’s applicable percentage ratio, is subject to reporting and announcement obligations under the Listing Rules.
