CyberCatch Holdings Inc (TSE:CYBE) has released an update.

CyberCatch Holdings, Inc., a leading AI-driven cybersecurity firm, has announced a delay in filing its interim financial statements, originally due by July 2, 2024, citing unforeseen delays including staff illnesses and complexities arising from foreign exchange transactions and M&A activities. The company expects to complete the filings by August 2, 2024, and has received a management cease trade order (MCTO) that restricts trading by its executives, although trading by other shareholders remains unaffected.
