Cyanotech’s Board Elections and Organizational Updates

The latest announcement is out from Cyanotech (CYAN).

At the Company’s 2024 Annual Meeting, stockholders elected four directors, endorsed a stock grant plan for independent directors, and ratified Grant Thornton LLP as the independent accounting firm for the upcoming fiscal year. Following this, an Organizational Meeting saw Michael A. Davis named Chairman of the Board, with him and two others confirmed as independent directors. Additionally, committee appointments were made, aligning with the directors’ terms.
