CyanConnode Holdings PLC has announced that their Executive Chairman, John Cronin, has increased his stake in the company by purchasing 315,689 additional shares, bringing his total interest to 3.64%. This latest investment of shares, acquired at 9.5 pence each, escalates Cronin’s total investment in the company to £1.32 million. CyanConnode, a leader in narrowband RF smart mesh networks, is well-positioned for the growing global demand for smart metering solutions.
