CWT International Limited has announced a leadership change with Mr. Wang Kan resigning as CEO effective June 28, 2024, but will continue as Chairman and hold other key roles within the company. Mr. Shang Duoxu, with extensive management experience and finance background, has been appointed the new CEO. The Board expressed gratitude to Mr. Wang for his service and has full confidence in Mr. Shang’s capabilities to lead the company.
