CVC Limited (AU:CVC) has released an update.
CVC Limited has successfully secured A$15 million by issuing 150,000 new redeemable, unsecured, non-convertible notes at A$100.50 each through a wholesale offer. These notes will join the existing CVC Notes 2 series, trading on the ASX, with settlement and quotation on the exchange slated for early July 2024. The announcement emphasizes that this is not financial advice and that the offer isn’t applicable in jurisdictions where it’s not lawful or to persons for whom it would be unlawful.
