Custom Truck One Source (CTOS) has shared an update.
Rahman D’Argenio has decided to step down from his role on the Board of Directors and the Compensation Committee at Custom Truck One Source, Inc., effective August 16, 2024. His resignation, not due to any disputes with the company, follows his initial nomination by Energy Capital Partners based on a 2021 agreement. Despite his departure, the firm has chosen not to name a successor, though it reserves the right to do so, and has accordingly reduced the Board’s size from eleven to ten members.
