A notable point of contention was the re-election of Director Elizabeth McMeikan, who faced opposition due to concerns over her commitments to other board roles, yet the company’s Nominations Committee stands by her contributions. The company reassured that all passed resolutions will be filed and available on the National Storage Mechanism.
