Curaleaf Holdings enhances its global market presence with the acquisition of Northern Green Canada (NGC), securing a strategic advantage in key European markets such as Germany, Poland, and the UK while gaining entry into the burgeoning markets of Australia and New Zealand. The deal equips Curaleaf with a reliable supply of high-quality, EU-GMP certified cannabis flower, essential for maintaining leadership in these regions. The acquisition involves an initial payment of approximately US $16 million in Subordinate Voting Shares, with potential additional earnouts based on NGC’s 2024 performance.
