Cult Food Science Corp., a company at the forefront of lab-grown meat and cellular agriculture technology, has successfully completed the first tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising C$1,426,500 through the sale of 5,706,000 units at C$0.25 each. This move aims to boost the marketing efforts for Noochies!, its subsidiary Further Foods Inc.’s flagship brand, and to support general corporate purposes. Additionally, the company has utilized part of the placement to settle C$277,200 of debt by issuing units under the same terms.
