Cullen Resources Limited has launched a non-renounceable rights issue offering new shares at $0.006 each on a 1-for-3 basis to eligible shareholders in Australia and New Zealand. This issue is not underwritten, and if there’s a shortfall, additional shares will be allocated within three months. The rights issue could dilute the holdings of non-participating or ineligible shareholders.
