CuFe Ltd has initiated a trading halt of its securities in anticipation of a shareholder meeting set to discuss the potential disposal of the company’s main undertaking. The halt, complying with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, will remain in effect until the conclusion of the meeting or until an official announcement is made. The company assures there are no undisclosed reasons for the halt that the market needs to be informed about.
