CubicFarm Systems Corp. has settled a lawsuit with Burnett Dairy, allowing the agricultural tech firm to reclaim valuable livestock feed production units and equipment, worth over CAD 9.4 million. The resolution favors HydroGreen Inc., a subsidiary of CubicFarms, by bolstering their inventory and advancing their Feed as a Service (FaaS) initiative to establish a feed center in California. This settlement positions HydroGreen for growth in the US fresh sprouted grain market and promises recurring revenue streams for the company and its shareholders.
