CubicFarms Ends Agreement with Planet Ventures

Cubicfarm Systems Corp. (TSE:CUB) has released an update.

CubicFarm Systems Corp., a local chain agricultural tech company, ended its financial and investor relations agreement with Planet Ventures Inc., citing non-approval by the TSX Venture Exchange related to an upfront fee and private placement participation. The termination comes after a recent investment by PVI, which has since refunded the fee to CubicFarms. The company is known for its Automated Vertical Pastures™ technology, which simplifies the process of growing livestock feed while reducing environmental impact.
