CSX (CSX) just unveiled an update.
At the CSX Corporation’s Annual Meeting, shareholders elected Anne Chow to the Board of Directors and assigned her to two key committees. Additionally, all twelve board nominees were elected, with shareholders also ratifying Ernst & Young LLP as the independent auditor for 2024 and approving executive compensation. However, a proposal to establish a railroad safety committee was not passed. These decisions reflect shareholders’ current priorities and trust in the company’s leadership.
