CSSC Offshore & Marine Engineering (Group) Company Limited has announced an interim dividend for the first half of the year ended June 30, 2024, set at RMB 0.12 per 10 shares, with the payment to be made on November 22, 2024. For non-resident corporate and individual shareholders, a 10% withholding tax will apply, while residents within the PRC will be subject to a 20% rate. Shareholders must lodge transfer documents by October 14, 2024, to be eligible for the dividend.
