CSSC (Hong Kong) Shipping Company Limited has announced its upcoming annual general meeting scheduled for June 27, 2024, where it will adopt the company’s audited financial statements, declare final dividends for 2023, re-elect and fix remuneration for its board of directors, and re-appoint its auditor. Shareholders will also consider a resolution to grant the directors authority to issue shares and options up to 20% of the issued Shares as of the resolution date.
