CSPC Pharmaceutical Group has announced significant board changes, with the retirement of Executive Directors Dr. Wang and Mr. Chak, following the 2024 AGM. Dr. Wang will become the Executive President and Mr. Chak an Advisor to the company, while Mr. Zhang steps in as the new Authorised Representative. Additionally, Dr. Yao and Mr. Cai have been appointed as new Executive Directors, bringing fresh expertise to the CSPC leadership team.
