CSP Inc (CSPI) has released an update to notify the public and investors about the submission of matters to a vote of security holders.
At the 2024 Annual Meeting, shareholders actively participated, with a quorum being met through the representation of over half the outstanding shares. They elected five directors to serve until the next Annual Meeting, with Victor Dellovo receiving the highest approval. Additionally, the compensation for the company’s executive officers was approved, albeit with a significant number of votes against and abstentions. The appointment of RSM US, LLP as the independent auditors for the fiscal year 2024 was ratified with an overwhelming majority.
