At CSMall Group Limited’s Annual General Meeting on June 14, 2024, all resolutions presented were unanimously passed, including the re-election of executive and independent non-executive Directors, the re-appointment of their auditor with the authority to fix remuneration, and the approval of mandates allowing the issue and repurchase of company shares. Shareholders showed resounding support with a 100% vote in favor across all resolutions.
