CSL (AU:CSL) has released an update.
CSL Limited has announced the appointment of Elaine Sorg as a director of the company as of September 1, 2024. The notice, submitted in compliance with listing rule 3.19A.1, specifies that Sorg currently holds no direct or indirect interests in any ordinary shares of CSL. The announcement is a standard regulatory disclosure meant to inform shareholders and the ASX about the new director’s financial interests within the company.
