CSC Holdings Limited has successfully closed its Series 003 SDAX Issuance, raising S$9.18 million from investors, marking a 38.7% increase from its previous round. The digital securities will be listed on the SDAX Platform and are set to mature in three months. Notably, a significant part of the issuance was subscribed by company directors and entities connected to substantial shareholders.
