Cryosite Limited (AU:CTE) has released an update.
Director Andrew John Kroger of Cryosite Limited has adjusted his holdings, resulting in the off-market disposal of 1,000,000 shares at a value of $830,000. This change, reported to the ASX under listing rule 3.19A.2, leaves Kroger with indirect control over more than 20 million shares through various trusts and companies.
