Cruz Battery Metals Corp. has announced its plan to spin out its Hector Silver-Cobalt Project into a new subsidiary, aiming to enhance shareholder value by allowing them to own stakes in two separate entities. The Hector Property, rich in mineral occurrences, will become the focus of the newly formed Makenita Resources Inc., while Cruz will continue to concentrate on its lithium projects in Nevada.
