Crossword Cybersecurity Plc has successfully raised £500,500 through the issuance of 10,010,000 new shares, with the company’s CEO, Tom Ilube, directly subscribing to £200,000 of the shares. This strategic move is aimed at bolstering the company’s working capital to support their goal of reaching EBITDA and cash breakeven in the second half of 2024. The fundraising event has set the stage for trading these new shares on AIM, expected to begin on or around July 23, 2024, with the issue price reflecting a 27% discount from the previous day’s closing mid-price.
