Cross River Ventures Corp. has announced a corporate update indicating that its subsidiary, Northern Dominion Metals Corp., has filed for bankruptcy without impacting the parent company due to no assets and no corporate guarantee. Additionally, Cross River, a gold exploration company, operates in Northwest Ontario and is focusing on developing its properties in the region’s emerging Greenstone Districts.
