Cross-Harbour (Holdings) Limited has announced a first quarterly interim dividend of HK$0.06 per share, the same amount as the previous year, which will be payable on July 12, 2024, to shareholders on record as of July 4, 2024. The company’s share register will be closed from July 2 to July 4, 2024, for the purpose of determining dividend eligibility. Share transfers must be registered by June 28, 2024, to qualify for the dividend.
