Crocs, Inc. has announced the appointment of Terence Reilly as Executive Vice President and Brand President for HEYDUDE, bringing his experience from revitalizing the Stanley Brand to the role starting April 29, 2024. Concurrently, the company has parted ways with Rick Blackshaw, who held the position until April 15, 2024. Blackshaw will receive severance, outplacement assistance, and partial vesting of his performance-based stock units per his employment agreement, while other unvested equity awards will be forfeited. The company has communicated these executive changes in a recent press release.
