Critical Metals Plc announces board changes with the appointment of Dr. Avinash Bisnath as Non-Executive Director and the departure of Mr. Gordon Thompson due to other work commitments. Bisnath brings over 28 years of experience in the mining industry and is expected to contribute significantly to the development of the Molulu copper cobalt mine in DRC. Alongside this change, an independent Qualified Person has been appointed to verify geological data for an upcoming JORC report.
