CRH plc has just announced the re-issuance of 8,824 Ordinary Shares to participants of its employee share schemes at varying prices, consequently holding 41,144,948 shares in Treasury. With this move, the total number of Ordinary Shares in circulation, excluding those in Treasury, stands at 683,772,319.
